Bobbins

Introduction

The table of bobbins is used by applications for generic elements and there is a separate table for elements that must comply with UL standards.

Table fields (Bobbins)

  • Code: they are the acronyms by which the type of printed magnetic steel that can mount the bobbin is identified.
  • Type: bobbins definition: A x B (see drawing above)
  • Core width: the width of the core column on which the bobbins are mounted (Dimension A in the drawing above).
  • Core thickness: it is the thickness available for the core (Dimension B in the drawing above).
  • Winding height: it is the height available for winding (Dimension F in the drawing above).
  • Winding thick: space available for winding.
  • Frontal thick: it is the space available for the output side.
  • Thickness: bobbin wall thickness. (Dimension s in the drawing above).
  • Weight gr: enter the value taken from the supplier's table.
  • Material: material abbreviation. By opening the drop-down menu of the Material field, you see a list of all available materials and can choose the correct abbreviation.
  • Article: to select the material, use the article code of your management system. This value will allow the applications to retrieve the description and unit cost into the table Material Unit Cost by importing the list of materials available in your warehouse.
